Founded in 2008, we are an international team that works with incredible and globally-recognised clients all over the world, particularly in the US TV industry. 


Whether it’s developing our own products, producing engaging social content en-masse, or designing and delivering services to help our clients work more efficiently, our work is varied, exciting and at the very forefront of the latest technology and trends.

RESPONSIBILITIES


What can you expect?  

  • Reviewing and scheduling content across a variety of social networks and YouTube channels 
  • Coordinating with Storm Ideas’ content production, copywriting and captioning teams 
  • Optimising content for social media with effective thumbnails and copy   
  • Monitoring social media accounts and gathering performance data   
  • Analysing social performance and generating reports and recommendations   
  • Researching clients' shows/movies via pre-release footage, internal documents, audience culture and competitor analysis
  • Managing and organising images, videos and GIFs to be produced by our in-house team   
  • Assisting with the setup and documentation of internal processes for new projects

Flexibility 


We’re a remote-first company and support 100% remote working, usually you will be starting your day at 10am and you will have 3 stand-ups a week with the team.
  

The working hours for this role are 10am to 6.30pm GMT. To best serve our US clients, we are looking for people who can work a late shifts (1:30pm-10pm GMT) per week, and one or two weekend days every month. 

  

Joining us means becoming an integral part of the whole team no matter where we’re physically working, we have a number of initiatives to create a team environment regardless of geographic location. 


SALARY


ÂŁ23,000 per year, depending on experience and skills. 


EMPLOYMENT TYPE 


Permanent / Full time. Either in our Edinburgh office or remote within the UK.

RECRUITMENT PROCESS 


First, you will receive questions to answer via a self-recorded video.

If successful, we will invite you to an interview (60 minutes via MS Teams). During the meeting, Megan, our Senior Manager of Social Operations, and Caspar, our Head of Social Operations, will get to know you and try to understand if you’d be a good fit for the role, and at the same time answer all your questions.  

Finally, there will be a short task to test your attention to detail and communication skills.
